Yes and no. Beneficial bacteria is essential for the healthy functioning of your body, they are vital teammates not only for better health but for the very fact of living! But the mix of bacteria in your mouth (oral cavity) and your gut is different. Our multi-strain blend of beneficial bacteria is designed to support superior oral health and they ARE NOT designed to help out your gut. While there is no harm to swallow the mix, after letting it sit in your mouth for 30-60 seconds, this is just for convenience, you can just as easily spit the mix out.
Just like the question "how long is a piece of string" the answer depends. Everyone's oral health is different and everyone has their own healing capacity. Yes, our toothpaste is 100% fluoride free. It is also non-GMO, free of SLS and all sulfates. It is also 99% glycerin-free. (This is important as too much glycerin can actually create a chemical attraction that promotes plaque binding to the enamel)

Yes, very much so. In fact, that is one of its top uses. The primary cause of bad breath are the stinky gases created by bacteria in your mouth. These bacteria are mostly found down in the crevices of your tongue (great place for the food particles and protection that bacteria love).
